Is there a page or journal entry somewhere with an overview of the effigy's design and how its use is envisioned? Or is that evolving as people participate? On the burningflipside site I see only pictures.

it is definitely evolving as people participate; but would you like to volunteer to help me communicate that?
you do have some extraordinarily useful skills when it comes to organizing & expressing concepts over the web!

I'm glad you think so, since it's what I do for a living! ;)

I do think people are more apt to participate when they can look at a clear idea of a project and can identify how they can help specifically.
