Last week we enjoyed temperatures in the low 20's C or low 70's F. This morning we woke up to snow on the ground and temperatures hovering around 1 C or 34 F. This is spring in Alberta. Most of the snow has already melted for now but there are snow/rain showers in the forecast on Tuesday

Glad you got the little afghan done. I don't remember my MIL ever blocking a crocheted one. i do remember my mother & grandmother doing that for knitted sweaters.
Hope the new OTC med helps your allergies.

I didn't end up blocking the baby afghan. The label said to do that but I dried it on the delicate cycle with low heat and it turned out fine. The yarn I used is called Baby Bamboo, mainly bamboo but a small amount of wool and something else but I can't remember what now. I had never worked with it previously so I wasn't sure what to expect when it was wet.
My eyes are a bit better today with a new allergy med.
