I've seen geese flying overhead a few times and I hear them pretty much every evening lately. They must be fattening up for their trip south. Autumn can't be far off. I'm ready for some cooler temperatures but I'm not looking forward to fall as much as usual. I can not believe how fast this year is going. It feels like Autumn is right around the corner here, too. That's good and bad.

It felt very Fall-ish this morning. Summer was late coming, so I'm not really ready to see it go... even though I love Fall.

I've seen a bunch of geese lately, but it seemed as if they were flying North, which didn't make sense.

The don't seem to going anywhere in particular around here either, just landing in farmers fields to fatten up I guess.

I don't think it's the season, I think it's me in general. Feeling kinda blue. I'm fully aware that I'm getting older and that there are things that I can do as easily as I once did but sometimes when the reality smacks me in the face I have a difficult time getting back on my feet again.
