for the birds

I think this weather is for the birds. The birds don't seem to mind and bird feeders are the place to be today. There have been at least 15 to 20 birds on and below the feeders all morning. This male downy woodpecker is braving the wind and snow at the suet block.

OMG! More snow,I bet you are tired of it. I'm sorry that you have such long snowy seasons.

Yup more snow. We were spoiled over the winter though. Very little snow, mild temperatures. I'm still ready for spring like weather and to see things growing again.

WOW! I hope we don't get any of that here. I've had more than enough snow! Sunshine today, but still chilly. At least it's sunny.

My bird feeders have been quite busy lately too. I love seeing them out there. Squirrels are back too. And yesterday I had a snowshoe hare!

Hopefully it will skip you. I think the storm pretty has pretty much petered out. I haven't seen any squirrels lately, but they were very active a week or two ago.
