home sweet home

Hubby and I have been away for 2 weeks. We went to Ontario to see my Mom and to attend the internment of the ashes of Hubby's parents. In total we (Hubby) drove 7494 kilometers or 4656.5 miles round trip. It will be some time before my backside feels normal again. Thanks, it's good to be home. I've just about caught up with everything so now I can start in on the garden and yard.

Yay, the area looks fascinating. I remember thinking as we drove through parts of British Col. when the children were young how huge the mountains looked. I was in awe and your pictures brought me right back there.

I'm glad you are home safe and the puppies are greeting you properly.

Seeing the area around the top of Lake Superior takes me back to when I was a little girl and our family would drive north to visit my grandparents. The Rockies are beautiful too although I prefer more sky and less trees. I never tire of looking at the sky on the prairies. I hope you have a great weekend.

I hope that the info is correct. I did a little research on the net for info about the inukshuk and hopfully I found authoritative sites.
