To set aside the self, to live for the greater good...that is the only way to achieve a truly prosperous world. We must divorce ourselves from our selfish emotions and see the big picture, free from anything that hampers us in our own lives.
That said, you must not cease your studies. Education is far more important than simple emotional bonds.
What a very interesting way to put it. I cannot say I entirely agree, however, I find your points to be valid and can certainly understand how you came to your conclusions. You must have come from someplace very harsh to have that perspective.
I hope in your time here, your views may broaden just a bit.
I can't even imagine what kind of place you come from if this is boring for you.
Anyway, I'm no leader myself, but back home before everything was shot to hell we didn't even have anyone running the place. Pusher was the mayor I think he still is but the most he did was pretend to be important sometimes and live in the biggest house. Then there's Leder, who was important for being the tallest and the only one who could reach the bell... Castle Osohe was all but empty as far as I remember and Kumatora is no princess let me tell you...
I figure places are a lot better without any real ruler.
I would not say it is "boring" for me. I would simply say that there is a very large difference between Akaneia and this institution. The people are different, the experiences are different, and yes, it is true that there is not much here in comparison.
I do feel a little as though I am missing out when I am incapable of properly swinging the Falchion in the name of Altea.
There are some people who require guidance, and those who are aware of it are capable of wisely choosing someone who is worthy of being in the position to evolve into a leader. I find much of the complications lie where people are corrupted by gifts of power.
While that is beneficial information in acquainting myself with you, I wish to know what your thoughts are regarding the successful leadership of your people, or of your kind. What did you do that made you capable of conveying your thoughts properly?
Sorry Marth, this guy was a tyrantyellow_binesiMarch 12 2010, 12:57:56 UTC
As long as they did whatever I tell them to do, it was all good. Just being myself was all that was needed for them to listen to what I wanted to say! Kaa-kaka!!!
Oh, how we love those tyrants. :>aestheticemblemMarch 15 2010, 01:17:32 UTC
I see. Yes, some leaders do feel that way. I can't say I know your situation well enough to determine if that's right or wrong, but I'll respect it all the same.
