This is one reason that I am so excited to be moving into Chicago.

What a beautiful city! While there are a lot of towns and cities that have exciting and fun things to do, not all are beautiful to me in the way that other cities are. And this is just such a gorgeous photo. I can't wait to be moved!

I didn't actually join it, but found it somehow (probably through you, haha!)... I love cityscapes, especially when it's a photo as gorgeous as that. I'd love to have some photos of my hometown to put up in my apartment, and this is a photo that is print-worthy as well. I think it's partly the lighting; it helps set the scene for me a bit, because I was in the Loop a few weeks ago in the evening, and it was really quiet and calm-feeling. I always thought big cities were loud and busy and all, but at that time of night it was warm and quiet and nice.

What are you moving to Chicago for, if I may ask?

my best friend lives there and has been asking me to move there for 5 years. i decided it was time to make a change to my scenery and that chicago would be a fine place to try next :)

I see! That sounds kind of like me. I'm from Oregon, and while I love it there, I also have a sense of wanderlust at times. I've always wanted to live in a big city, and Chicago is a place I've been interested in for a while. I can't wait to visit some of the sights, festivals, etc... can't wait for Taste of Chicago!
