I think you got the road-trip feel into this (sort of a mini road trip, but it did the job :-)). Very effective image at the end of Siannon cleaning the garage and Jack acknowledging her help. Not the easiest thing for him to do.

And Jack singing! And the image of Ianto (and Gwen) singing Welsh rugby songs :-).

Very nice part.

Glad I managed even a mini road trip, I just wanted *some* sort of journey in there.

It's kind of funny but I could see Jack standing there, arms folded staring at the back of Siannon's head while she refused to look at him, but I've been trying to keep the POV a little tighter on this one so I couldn't write him doing that.

And as for the rugby songs, I'd love Gwen, Rhys and Ianto to get together in a pub on a match day...

Thank you. Now all I've got to do is keep Jack muse talking to me for the next 2 parts. Juggling all these people in my head can be interesting at times, especially when one of them gets grumpy cos he doesn't think he's getting enough exposure...

I have Dresden bunnies shyly peeking their way out into the fray and all. I can't help but wonder what Methos and Harry would make of each other, and I'm sure that Methos knew Bob before he died... question is, do I let that universe (if it happens) bleed into my main AU or would it be a different one? Hmmm.

I will have to continue with my research first (aka catching up with Dresden Files eps on youtube). Despite being firmly book based for most of the universe, I think TV Bob is just fantastic. My Harry will have the enormous dog and cat, drive round in a battered old beetle and wear the leather duster, but Bob would have to be as he is on screen.
