So I'm reading The Kane Chronicles, the new series by Rick Riordan (I've mentioned it a couple times). They've already established that it takes place in the same canon as Percy Jackson, which BY ITSELF makes me squee (I mean, SERIOUSLY?! The possibility that the Egyptian and Greek gods could get together and have a snarking posturefest? WIN).
