Well, it works if you call the number. It is the governor's office and is listed on the website:

Maybe the office isn't "asking for voter feedback" as the message from the list says, but if you call the number and follow the steps, you will vote on the marriage issue. Listen to all the options yourself if you don't want to rush through them.

o no I definitely knew that was the right number, I was just hoping to find an announcement or something like that to put in my LJ. after all, we overlap, but don't have identical readership :-)
