i think there's actually no naturally-occurring blue food. but you could always opt for blue jello, right?

Hmm. Blueberry pie or perhaps blue corn chips, although both are kind of on the purple-y side of blue. There are also blue potatoes, but yet again they're more purple than anything. Blue cheese is another one, even though it's only partially blue. That's all I can come up with. There's also always blue jell-o, if you're really intent on having smurf colored foods.

I love my blue corn chips with my salsa verde. One of the prettiest things I eat. Only naturally blue food I can think of, other than the obvious blueberries. Not that they could be their own course. And blueberry salsa wouldn't go over so well, methinks... though mango salsa is amazingly good. Fruit salsa...could it be done with blueberries? If anyone can do it, you can.

But would it be good?

Hmmm. Is a puzzlement.
