I am totally blown away. This was amazing. I kept thinking "Please don't be Eli. Please don't be Eli." This is one of the best fics I have ever read. Fantastic job, and I can't wait for a second part!

im seriously jealous of just how well you have the dialogue down - i *suck* at dialogue, especially snappy, witty vm dialogue. your sounds like what one of the writers would have come up with - so natural and true to the characters.

and this:
He was a firecracker that burned hot and sudden once his fuse was lit, but Eli never stopped burning, he just managed to contain it.

just made me completely fall in love with this story.
