Those have always been top of my list too!!! :D I love all 3!

I also really love beach houses. When I was a kid, we'd visit my aunt and uncle's beach house in Ocean City, NJ, and I loved it. It was red with white trim, and a cool loft, and only a few blocks from the beach. I love homes like that!
