Theater 2.1 - demo day 2
Did a bunch of research on insulation today. Spray foam seems like the good stuff, but it's pretty pricey. Also pulled down the drywall off the ceiling in the closet today, and pulled off some more drywall on the back wall of the theater room. Still haven't done any damage to the wine cellar yet

When my band sound proofed our old practice space (a hideous free standing room inside our guitarists basement) we used a lot of the spray foam. It was the only task that we didn't all try to pawn off on each other.
This is the extent of my input on such subjects, not surprisingly.
