Thanks so much! It was super fun to do, I just love masquerades and the costumes and all.
And I think I've only seen MM all the way through once, but have watched certain scenes a lot to get costume details figured out. I nominate it for Cinema Brittahytta sometime (which I'm really hoping my schedule will allow to attend every so often, if you do them again)! ^_^
Yes, one of the Bowlers, Nina Kempf, hand-drew all the skulls on beach balls for us. She also made AMAZING hard-plastic bowling balls with 3-D paper skulls inside, but with the complicated choreography, we decided it was safer to perform with beach balls!

(I was going to ask where you all got Carmine bowling balls, but it looks more like you painted skulls on beach balls?)
