I am sorry if it offended. I realize in retrospect that it came across as kind of pushy. I don't want to push you or pressure you. The important part of the e-mail, the part I really meant to convey, is that if you want to go, we need to start planning, because that's the date I need to leave. Also, that getting ready to leave is not as big as deal as it may seem. I do think this would be a good thing for you to do, and I was looking forward to meeting you, but you have to want to do it, and if you decide not to, that's your decision, and I won't be offended or anything.
