oh man!!! Somehow I missed this, but luckily came across it when laria_gywn recced it in a post----this is so so beautiful...seriously. I love how with just a few words, a few sentences, you paint this vivid picture of their lives, full of so much history and pain, and so much hope for the future...

I like the open ending as well...it allows for realism, but also for my imagination to get them back together in the future!!!
