Thank you. My headcanon has it that while he may not have been dependent on Dom and Mal, their place would have been a home in the way his own place might not have been. I can only imagine what it would have been like to have that knocked out from under him. :(

I really feel for Arthur in this. Poor man. I like that he's not infallible.

But I love Eames' voice in this.
Eames often had the distinct impression that he was in interloper. A thief, a con man had value, but his ideas didn’t always hold the same weight.

I can totally see that! He obviously knew Cobb from before he went on the run, so it must be odd for him working with those on the right side of the law.

I just love that last line too.

Thank you! I hadn't intended to write Eames's part, but when I started I got to thinking about his place in Dreamshare. Also, that whole "condescension" line suddenly made so much more sense to me if he was used to being underestimated, not being an academic in the way some of the others were.

Yes, I really felt like if I was turning in some angst to round off the fest, that it should at least have the two of them together and using each other for support. ♥
