I absolutely adored Lions and Tigers, and I practically squealed out loud when I saw this was a sequel. The comic never went into detail about Calvin's life, but it's not hard to imagine that it wasn't an easy one and that he'd end up more cynical than any child should be. It's wonderful how you made Hobbes the voice of reason, tempering his pessimism while understanding him so completely that Calvin/Eames had no choice but to listen. And your Arthur is just so lovely, how could Eames not fall for him ♥
