You have a strong point here:

If you didn't have a job and someone asked me about you I'd say " My girl, she's such s doll. Beautiful and smart with a big heart for her friends"

Had a friend awhile back whose bf didn't have a job and lived with her.. Everyone gave her shit about it, but she always defended him. He's doing great, now.. I really think that proves how much she loves him. If someone in a relationship is not proud of the one they are with, then they are guilty of fraud.
