I really agree with you about the mystique stuff and everything that didn't get revealed... that was really stupid and sad. But apparently there will be some answers on the dvds... I just hope that this is true!! OMGOMG ME TOO ;______; I couldn't stop crying during the Charlie/Claire moment.
LMAO YEAH THAT REMINDED ME OF SO MANY EPIC FIGHTS IN MOVIES OR GAMES. just the way Jack jumped at him ROFL
yes it is indeed ;____; the last episodes were not bad!! you should really catch up before it ends!
I loved the finale, everything about it really. I went in with low expectations (or maybe none since I really didn't know what to expect from a show where five seasons were fantastic and the last one was meh) but I came out of it completely satisfied and pleasantly surprised. ^^ I love how everyone got together at the end, each couple remembering one another and their time on the island. <3 It was romantic and beautiful.
I wish we'd seen more Charladay but I'm pretty sure they go on to hook up and be happy and make pretty little Charladay babies. ^^ At least, that's going to be my head canon. ;)
yes exactly!! as I just said on your entry, again I totally have to agree :D season 6 was really weak compared to the previous ones but those two episodes changes everything!! and seeing all the couples happy together was just beautiful /sob
awww Charladay babies ROFL I'm really sure they did! Just sad that they weren't part of the church scene, just to see them united with the rest of the cast would have been amazing!
I think the reason Charlotte and Daniel weren't in the church scene is because they still had a ways to go in this sort of intermediary place, getting to know one another and falling in love, that sort of thing. Desmond also mentioned something about not taking Eloise's son away from her so that probably has something to do with it! But I agree, I would have loved to see them with the rest of the islanders!
Sayid/Shannon was omg I don’t even find words to describe this. I immediately thought of trysts when I saw this!! Girl wanted to see this happen so much!! ♥
I sure did, in between my fangirlish screams, turn to my sister and say "well fuck, now I can't hate this episode even if they blow everyone up at the end."
I got the reason why Dan and Charlotte didn't "flash" and realize they were did was in part, because they weren't ready to move on. I think it's because of Miles. The original Losties were integral to their lives, as Christian explained. I think that once Miles meet Dan and Charlotte, D&C will realize they love each other and then all three of them will "move on" to heaven or nirvana or reincarnation or whatever the Lost writers wanted to say with the Church scene.
Was this episode cliche? Hell yeah. Were there questions answered? Hell no. But I'm still pleased because, despite the mythology and the occult elements of this that in and of themselves are really engaging, I was watching this show for the characters and the

LMAO I totally know that you would like it!! Even I was like ;_____; during that scene.
that's a good explanation!! I like. I think it was just sad to not see them with the others you know? They were part of the family and it would have looked more awesome to really see everyone united!!
THIIIIIIIIISSS!!! People keep forgetting that Lost is most of all about the characters! Of course, the mythology stuff is awesome and important too and it's still sad that they didn't answer everything. But regarding the characters, they really gave everyone what they deserved and possibly the most beautiful ending ever!!
