an extremely condensed history.

I was diagnosed when I was 18. I started taking Zoloft for severe social anxiety and depression and dexadrine soon after. Then I started taking Adderall XR. I don't remember the details but I started picking at the skin all over my body so I was put on Abilify to counteract that, which didn't work. That sounds like a condition related to anxiety and/or ADD. Its a career killer if you don't get some kind of attention, I suspect, so I would strongly suggest you seek out a psych and tell them about all this history. How did the Wellbutrin work for you?

Wellbutrin was great, but I cannot remember to take them every day. Sometimes I went on a four day stretch without them and it wasn't good.

I will start with a brief history about me... I also had a skin-picking problem. Mine was related to OCD, and I think very closely related to non-prescription amphetamine use. I had been diagnosed with depression, and was taking welbuterin. Several years later, I was diagnosed with Anxiety and panic disorder, and was taking Lorazepam. I started taking Lexapro recently, and I found that it helps greatly with the depression, anxiety, and the need to rip random people's heads off (a.k.a. irritabilty)

Did you start picking after you were taking the Adderal? That is a form of amphetamine, that's why I ask. I also did not find as much relief with the generic Welbuterin.

Try setting an alarm on your phone for the time of day when you are supposed to take your meds if you don't remember. That helped me.
