It might could be amusing to etch an ex-libris stamp into a Kindle, though maybe the concept is obliterated by pop-up copyright warnings.

And I can go slightly one further than an ex-libris stamp: my flistie finbardivine got some friends of his with a laser-etcher to incise in large friendly letters on the back of his Kindle the words "Don't Panic". (I <3 XKCD sometimes.)

I think that if the Kindle supported only Wikipedia and Google Maps in addition to document reading, it would be the perfect information vector for its form factor.
