O hai paper_crystals: I finally re-remembered the name of my favorite Korean place in K-town because I went there again last night. Hangang, apparently. They didn't have the tiny pickled whole fish, but they did have green beans in... something delicious. I think I slightly prefer the flavor balance in Japanese, but I <3 the textural quality of Korean. Lots of Japanese foods seem not to have enough texture going on.

Korean food is like Japanese food with balls. There's absolutely nothing subtle about it, but I like it. :)
