Unlike his soon to arrive companion, Demyx really did not have to worry about what he was going to wear. Organization XIII did not exactly permit casual fridays, so more often than not it was only the coat and whatever clothes he had underneath. The occasional break in dress code hardly ever counted. Completely unaware of Hanna's master plan to take his coat, Demyx sat idly on his borrowed and/or temporary bed.

The general lack of concern over his clothes can be contrasted with the importance and maintenance of how his hair looks. It never had actually occurred to Demyx how ridiculous he must have looked fussing over it in the mirror for the obscene amounts of time that he tended to do. Though, before the blond could even begin to ponder about why he invested so much time in something that is by definition the epitome of vanity, there is a knock.

There is only one person that could be, given that there was only one person Demyx had made plans with for the day. With little hesitation Demyx opened the door and peeked out. Yep, that ( ... )

Waiting at the door not so patiently, Hanna grinned when Demyx opened the door. He was a little confused about the hesitance, wondering if he was expecting someone malicious, but he decided to over look it when the door opened fully. "Hey dude! I'm totally ready, but here, I got you something and you should open it before we go." Like the other presents he had given out for christmas, this one was handmade, out of paper, though it had a rune on the back to keep it safe from the elements. Paper didn't tend to fair too well other wise. But, Hanna had tried his best to make a paper version of Arpeggio and attached it to a nice silver thread. He wasn't sure if the other guy was into Jewelry, but Riku and all the other people he had made gifts for had been happy to wear what he had made them. Hopefully Demyx was the same.

"I couldn't really think what else to get you, but its christmas, so. I thought since we're friends I should make you something. And I hope its not too lame. I would totally understand if it was..."

Demyx's 'spidey senses' had been acting up since Saïx, and to a lesser extent Zexion, had shown up. The presence of the two higher ranked nobodies was putting the Melodious Nocturne on edge. The suspicion and paranoia might also have been because of the recent unveiling of betrayal in the organization - but that really didn't concern Hanna, did it? The red head really didn't need to be dragged into things that he didn't need to be dragged into, and that was that.

"You got me somethin'?" Sea-green eyes widened as they examined the paper version of Arpeggio.

"Hanna this is..." Demyx smiled widely. "This is so awesome!" One might hope that Hanna does not suffer from Aphenphosmphobia, because he's now got Demyx invading his personal space and giving him a hug ( ... )

Hanna nods enthusiastically at the question, holding out his gift. He gives a surprised squeak when Demyx pounces though, completely caught up in the hug, unable to stop smiling. He squeezes back, face kind of pressed into the others chest before he turns his head, able to speak and breathe again. "Really? I was afraid you wouldn't like it." His face turns a little pink at the spazzing going on there, but other than that, still smiles, even if they are a little more shy than before. "I did! I could teach you how sometime if you want. This one isn't so much origami, more like, cut out construction paper with a little depth, but I tried! And its got a rune on it to keep it from getting rain damage and stuff. So. Pretty sturdy."

He had actually used a more powerful rune on that one, though it was worth the stomach pains and woozy feeling to make it able to last Demyx for how ever long he had it.
