Urahara had long since fallen into the habit of keeping his reiatsu cloaked, no matter where he was. It wasn't hidden, there was no need for that anymore, but the familiar presence of it was muted, controlled, disguised to appear as much less than it actually was as all upper-level shinigami had trained themselves to do. But he took no distinct measure to hide himself from Unohana's notice (not that any such matters would have worked with her), and approached her with the usual faint clicks of his geta, a gentle hand on her shoulder and a light kiss on the top of her head.

"Good evening, Retsu-san~"

Unohana leaned back on Urahara as he enbraced her from behind, one of her hands coming up to cover his, a light but possessive touch.

"Ara, I wouldn't expect anything less from Kyouraku-taichou. Best friends do have a sort of duty, do they not?"

The dynamics were indeed not the easiest ones when you stopped to think about it, which Unohana had firmly decided not to do. She had never been one to restrict herself in such matters, and saw nothing objectionable or even strange about the situation.

"I hope you did not finish all of that sake, though. That may be just what we need to warm up."

There was a low hum behind her, one that reverberated in his chest as Urahara seemed to ponder over the situation, and the gift that Ukitake was given.

"Sake... That's quite a hard present to surpass." Leaning down, he cupped one hand over his mouth and mock-whispered, though it was more than easy enough for Ukitake to catch what he was saying. "Do you think our present will be enough~?"
