Juliet had found a bit of water and managed to clean herself up, more or less, by the time she caught sight of her cousin. She grinned, relieved, as he ran toward her, and held out her arms for him. Tybalt, alive. Whatever else had happened, at least there was that in this odd place.

"I'm fine, I'm fine," she said, flinging her arms around him and squeezing him tightly. "No one has laid a finger on me." She pulled away long enough to look at him, then, feeling tears form, she flung her arms around him again. "Tybalt, I'm so glad to see you well!"

Tybalt sucked in a breath as Juliet wrapped her arms around him. He clenched his jaw, willing himself not to react more than was proper to her sudden, and very welcome nearness.

"That is good" he said, stepping back to look her over, trying hard to make the look just an assessing one. "This place is too dangerous for you to be wandering around alone."

She tried very hard not to scowl at him as he stepped back to give her a once-over. He was worse than Nanny sometimes! But today, it wouldn't bother her, because he was here, and alive. Very much alive.

"You worry too much, cos," she said. She took his hands and squeezed them tightly. "Nothing horrible has happened to me in the last day. And there have been a few very kind people who've offered me guidance through the odd machines."

He held onto her hands tightly, trying to calm the storm of his emotions. Even when she was the cause of part of that storm, Juliet was always something he could hold to.

"Good, good" he said, though personally he distrusted the strange little machines. If just anyone could use them, what would stop some Montague bastard from playing at being someone else and filling her head with dangerous misinformation?

"We need to find somewhere safe for you. Somewhere to rest and such."
