Summary: Castiel's bored and randomly wandering the city. Expect him to pop up with no warning wherever you might be, under the guise of exploring.

Castiel hadn't spoken with Spike before, however he had seen him on the network, so he has a vague idea of who he was. He can feel that Spike is some sort of supernatural creature but beyond that he isn't sure, and so he's slightly cautious as he approaches.

Though he knew what smoking was, he'd never actually seen someone do it, so that actually drew his curiosity first. It didn't look entertaining, but there had to be some reason people did it. "What is the point of smoking?" Greetings? Introductions? What were those?

Undead. Well that explains some things, though now Castiel had something a little more important to pay attention to than the cigarette. "Undead?" Despite being an angel, he had no need to go around smiting anything and everything; as long as you weren't a demon or something else clearly evil, you got a chance. And Castiel may have been known to work with demons on occasion anyway.

Castiel nods in greeting right back, though he's never seen this person before either, and in fact he doesn't remember seeing or hearing from him on the network at all either. He's just not entirely sure what it is but there is something interesting about Roland, and so he actually gets a real greeting. "Hello."

"Castiel." He introduced himself as well, trying to get a better feel of just what it was about Roland that seemed so different. There was some sort of temporal issue, he could tell, but it was still unclear exactly what. Maybe a time traveler or something of that sort.

"I have not seen you before." He agreed with the statement, though he also hadn't see him on the network. Which wasn't all too surprising really.

Naruto is sat in the middle of Adstring. In the middle of what used to be a road, actually. He's sat cross-legged, studying a row of ants that are walking by in a huge line.

He's wearing the cloak left behind after his Father left - something he's been doing a lot of recently.

An suddenly, an angel, peering over your shoulder at the ants. He knows who Naruto is from seeing him on the network and so he's pretty sure that he's not going to be a danger to Castiel, so he has no issue just being right there in close proximity. If he's not noticed immediately, he'll just sort of watch a bit, a little interested in the insects but not entirely sure what was so fascinating about them as to draw Naruto's attention like that.

He's not the best ninja for being alert... In fact, it's rare that he ever notices anyone. His attention is so focussed on the ants, that even if he didn't sense someone behind him, clearly he's chosen not to acknowledge them.

As for the ants... there are many mysteries in life.

Castiel just watches with him for another minute or so, before looking toward Naruto. "Are you waiting for something to occur?"
