Summary: Kakashi hasn't formally met Hitsugaya, so Sasuke decides, now that they're together, that he take his boyfriend to meet his teacher.

It really wasn't necessary, and admittedly, the shinigami had responded more than once with a frustrated grunt. Hitsugaya was tired, a little sore, and very cynical at the moment, but he was still Hitsugaya (quite possibly because he was all of that). Sasuke had been adamant about this. Even though Hitsugaya hadn't expected it to come so soon, the determined shinobi had done him a favor only hours ago, and he knew it would be impossible for him to say no now. So he'd gotten ready despite it all, watching the dog's comedic prancing with a small huff.

He nodded to the door, silently indicating he was ready to go. He'd done enough talking in the early morning. He'd save what little he had left in him for Kakashi.

Kakashi was about as ready as he ever would be to actually meet Hitsugaya, he guessed, and would just hope this went over better than he imagined it. He was proud of Sasuke for feeling this much for someone, and Hitsugaya had proven himself to be a trustworthy ally for Kakashi's Uchiha student. Admittedly, Kakashi really liked the two of them together, he just... wasn't sure he knew how to, well, discuss it. Sasuke was his student; it was kind of like having a ...nephew or something. He could probably tell Hitsugaya to watch where he puts his hands, remember Sasuke is only thirteen, and to not tell Kakashi if they were doing anything. He really, really didn't want to know

Whenever the two finally got there, Sasuke knocked lightly on Kakashi's door and waited a moment for an answer. Then, when none came, he called out. Still nothing. It didn't really surprise Sasuke much, after spending a year with him at home.

Glancing around, Sasuke spotted the wide open garage and reached over to take Hitsugaya's wrist in his hand, tugging the shinigami toward it.

"We'll wait. It'll be a while."

He stood off to the side as Sasuke knocked and shouted in vain. Part of his mind was traveling back months ago, when he'd attempted to fight the man as Sasori's puppet. He'd hadn't even known more than his name back then. Now he was going to speak to him as Sasuke's ... well. As Sasuke's.

The tug on his wrists brought him back to reality, and he hastily pulled his arm out of the shinobi's grip. He could follow on his own.

"This happens a lot?"

Kakashi found them sitting in his garage sometime later. He probably could have been faster coming back. Ah well. This gave the little pair some more time together. They did seem to really enjoy each others company...as much as Sasuke enjoyed the company of others, at least.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything." He smiled, visible eye scrunching into a fairly welcoming crescent. "Sorry we're late," he said, putting Shiori down on the ground near Sasuke's puppy. "Shiori saw a dog in a window and we had to ask how much it was."
