Characters: AD!Adelle and ES!Topher
When: backdated to the Edensphere crossover
Where: Starting at the elevator, and then heading towards the bazaar in ES.
Rating: PG
Summary: Adelle explores to try and find some answers, and meets another version of Topher.

Adelle had seen many strange things in her life, things many people would have believed impossible. The very notion of wiping and rewriting memories was something that had been scoffed at, and the very existence of the Dollhouse denied. Topher had specialized in doing the impossible, for that matter.

Topher. The young man she met on her arrival was undeniably him--the same appearance, the same mannerisms, the same dreadful fashion sense (although she was hardly a model herself at the moment). But she was also quite sure that Topher had gone mad and blown himself up to save their world. Which left only a few possibilities.

First, she had gone mad. She had seen enough to make it plausible, after all. But as she couldn't do anything about it if she was mad, she intended to proceed as if she was still in her right mind.

Second, the Topher she met here was correct, and this was the result of an experiment which had pulled her from her own world and deposited her and others of her world here. She knew quite a lot about experiments gone wrong, so it didn't seem too implausible. But the third option was the one that really worried her.

Third, this was a Rossum project--perhaps some permutation of the Attic. And if that was the case, than she'd simply have to find out and shut it down. And to do that, she'd have to explore. This 'other world' that had just opened up seemed like a good place to start, so she went to the elevator, exited, and began to explore. It did seem like a different world; it had a...feel that was unlike the world she'd left.

Searching methodically, Adelle eventually found herself in some sort of bazaar. Perhaps one of the vendors here would know something.
