[Carmen arrived on time after making sure she had not been followed. It was pretty easy to spot and lose followers, though some in this city had unique talents in this area.]

Madara. [She nodded her head to him.] I believe we are here to discuss further specifics?

[She nodded.] Though that is dependent upon what the plan is when. Some are in, some are waiting to see.

There are four I can guarentee. Six more are possible. And then there is myself, of course.

And you have the details I require on what is happening, that it can be prepared for?

[Madara crossed his arms in front of his chest and a small smile appears on his face.]

Four certainly is better than none, and hopefully the others will follow. I have spoken to another who is interested in helping our cause. Her name is Tayuya and she is from the Sound Village, known enemies of Konoha. I'm sure she will be an asset to us.
