Alfons had had to get Maes to read the note in his locker for him, but once he'd figured out what the Event was, it didn't seem bad at all. Three days spent in different ballrooms, provided with food and shelter from the winter weather? He definitely wouldn't complain about that.
The people around him had already wandered off and Alfons was stood in front of the small mirror along his locker door, fiddling with his outfit. Military? Really? Well, if it's what the Animus thought would suit him, then he'd wear it... He'd just picked the first of the three that he'd seen, really. When he was sure he looked alright, he slipped his mask on and made sure it was fastened right, then straightened his hair out ( ... )

With a pink ballroom dress that gathered from the waist to her feet, the kogal took once look around and realized even with the choice of clothing, the only thing that fit was the dress, NOT HER. Placing a hand over her mask, she sighed and hunched over very unfeminine like to wallow in her misery and confusion.
"Okay, how drunk am I and what were in those smokes?"

"The dress looks nice but Ai-Ai is sure that the nice dress does not fit the person who has to wear it." At least it felt that way.

At least, from what the note had said, this stupid ball wouldn't last more than three days. So he didn't have to suffer through this for a week. And that everything that they could need for the next three days was already provided for before they arrived.
Luke finished adjusting the mask he had found and turned to look into the mirror as he finished. He had picked the first
outfit he could grab in the locker, not really caring which he wore at the moment. Luckily, Luke had been stuffed in so many suits during his childhood that he could put one on blindfolded.
Luke exited the locker room shortly after and entered the red ballroom. He was immediately taken back by the bright flashes of lights and neon all around him. He squinted his eyes as he moved further into the room toward the dance floor.

his outfit was not horrible, manageable at least, he dressed quickly and kept his mask on, this thing was staying glued to his face for as long as possible, if things went as planned, he'd be back in three days and could be normal again... Mingling, disgusting. He took a deep breath and pushed his way through the entryway... onward and downward, just like always.

After he had dressed and fixed his outfit properly, he reached into the locker to pull out the mask, blinking at it before settling it on his face. It was reminiscent of the one he had used at Ai's Halloween party, plain and covered his upper face.
With that done, he decided to go mingle and stepped to the doors, opening them to step out... into a maze? He blinked as he closed the doors behind him, amused as he looked around. Well all right, then.
