Summary: Sakura decides to head out of the house and look for some supplies after the heat wave, but Sasori has other plans for her.

Sasori had been tracking the girl for some time now. He wasn't going to use Hiruko for this job because as much protection as it gave him, it didn't really do much for stealth. She claimed to had been able to defeat him; even Deidara backed up the story. If her abilities were really that great, well, she'd make an excellent addition to his collection. If not, he woudl have his hands on the perfect bait.

He watched as she changed direction and headed for the nearest building. Still hiding his chakra, he lazily threw a senbon at her shoulder, not expecting it to hit its mark.

Ignoring her question for now, he withdrew the sand back into the puppet and resealed it into the scroll. He then went and resealed his other puppet, or what was left of them, for later disposal. Best not leave any evidence.

Summoning Hiruko, he approached her. It would be easier to transport the body in there.

"Nothing you need to worry about. Just play your part and be the damsel-in-distress."

As the approached her the fear finally settled into her stomach. He was going to...take her somewhere. That wasn't ever a good thing in Sakura's book, being taken somewhere by an Akatsuki member.

At his words, she felt a pang of dread and guilt. So, that's what he was planning on doing with her. She was glorified bait to get someone's attention.

Sakura felt weaker than she had been in years at this moment. She had defeated him once...why couldn't she do it this time?

"G-get the...hell away f-from me..."

Her last, futile attempt at resistance somewhat amused him. Really now, humans did such useless things sometimes.

Using chakra strings, he forced her to pick herself off the ground and into Hiruko, before closing up the puppet.
