Summary: After bringing Obito his kitten, Carmen was invited over for dinner. Awkwardness ensued. Now it's after the dinner and in the living room.

The sounds of the kitchen acted as background noise Obito was oblivious to. Dinner was being cleaned up, and Neji and Kenpachi were washing dishes. The young Uchiha hummed happily and pet his new kitten.

He was delighted to have Carmen over as a house guest and even managed to get away to inviting her to stay for dinner. It had been an odd affair to anyone observant, but Obito wasn't one of those people, and he was oblivious to whatever advantages Carmen found in the situation.

"Hm... I dunno." He sighed, plopping his head on one of the couch cushions- eyes following the multi-colored kitten as it moved around. "Everything I think of sounds kinda lame. What do you think, Carmen?"

It wasn't just that there were advantages, Carmen had to admit to herself. It was simply nice to be surrounded by this atmosphere. Everyone here trusted each other and cared about each other, for the most part, and it was almost tangible in the atmosphere. It was... nice.

Carmen templed her fingers, considering. "I am not good at names myself. Shadow, Sprite, Big Ben... None seem fitting." With a shrug, she glanced at Kakashi. "Do you have any ideas for a name?" It wasn't likely he'd have anything, but it was worth a shot.
