Carmen had started the wine's chilling early, and now she checked the buckets. They appeared sufficiently cool, and she brought them out to the room. Surveying the selection, Carmen nodded. Things appeared to be in place. This evening would be interesting, an actual discussion of equals and near-equals.
She went to the entryway to await their arrivals. It would not do to leave them outside long; secrecy was crucial to this plan. That would also not be the most impressive display of hospitality.
Billy adjusted the goggles on the top of his head as he neared the location of the villain's evil plotting/dinner place. He was a bit nervous, to say the least. This was his first evil collaboration but he was sure he'd be able to keep up with the others evilness.
It wasn't long before he caught sight of a women in a red coat standing outside of the building. He gave a smile smile as he approached her.
Carmen smiled upon seeing Dr. Horrible. He was their first guest, and probably the easiest of them for her to approach. "Good evening, Dr. Horrible. Do come in?" She opened the door and stepped inside to show him to the table.

As soon as it seemed like everyone was there who was coming, Carmen decided to leap into the topic at hand.
"Obviously, we are here for one specific purpose. Dinner is pleasant, but the topic at hand is that of actually doing something together, something dramatic. We are not sheep, and we should not be the lab rats of the Animus. I suggest turning the tables, learning what we can, and showing the Animus that we are not to be trifled with."
She leaned back in her chair. "Each and every one of you is here specifically because of who you are and what you are capable of. With this group, we can not only create our own version of a Decompression, we can surpass it. But obviously, this will only work if we are all decided upon it. And that means I require your input as well. Please, speak up."

Still halfway preoccupied with enjoying the food - the first decent meal since his arrival in the city, he thought - Saul listened with idle interest, pleased to note that if nothing else, the woman could give a talk.
He was the last of the six to arrive, and wasn't percisely looking his best - only just recovered from his illness and the battle with Setsuna and Matt - but was no less lively and talkative than ever, and moreso when Zexion served the food, for which he complimented the younger man to no end. He was eager, hopeful, anticipating a challenge, not just in what their little gorup planned to enact but among that same group as well. He'd never before worked in such an alliance, always alone or in absolute command. He had no idea if he was cut for it.
But he was adaptable.
"If I may, doma Carmen," he spoke up, slowly, thinking even as he formulated his thoughts into words, "we might start with a clearer idea of what our individual capabilities are. I know domeino Envy here is a shape-changer, and dome Kurotsuchi is a clever

At this, Zexion smirked slightly before responding. "I happen to have my own interesting little abilities that can be of use. My illusions are no small feat, and could be used to cause great damage if used correctly. Not only can they be used to impersonate someone to an outstanding degree, but I can also alter things with them, as I am doing right now. Unohana would be able to sense our presence if I were not, and this could all be for nothing."
He took a quick sip from his glass of wine before continuing. "I also have the ability to teleport, granting me access to any area in the Safezone that I have seen, or even in the Wastes. I can bring othes with me, allowing easy escapes, or more effective transportation."

Carmen smiled warmly. It was a good question to start with. She nodded as Zexion spoke of his abilities, and took the moment to enjoy another bite while he talked. When he was done, she looked directly at each of them.
"My primary ability is moving things. Be they big or small, I am capable of relocating them. I've taken mountains, landmarks, and many other things. My secondary skill adds to it - I can get in or out of nearly anywhere. Aside from during the previous couple of weeks, I have not found a door that can stop me."
She refilled her wine glass and offered the bottle around.
