I remember reading on a Canadian Official heath website(mst canada: join us) that,"many times doctors perscribe drugs you don't need for problems that can be solved by simply changing some thing in your life or your routine." So yup Canada agrees,doctors ARE drug pushers, or maybe it's just american doctors? HHHHMMMMMMMMMMM...........

It's amazing to me how much one has...vs how little one needs. Oh, someday, there will be a simpler way to live.

It amazes me too! There have been several times in my life where I tossed everything but the stuff I absolutely needed and swore I would never add another thing that was unneccessary only to find myself bogged down with more useless shit a few months later. Oh well, bring on the useless shit...throw it away another day.
