White Privledge and Looking at MY people.

I am a white male.
I am part of the 18-49 White Caucasian demographic.
I grew up in the midwest.
I joined the military, and am a member of the NRA.

I am ashamed of my people.

I would submit that those people aren't your people.

We cannot let ourselves be defined by the colour of our skin anymore than by the number of our arms.

Because you're someone who is aware and who does stand up when these things happen, I'm always glad when you talk about incidents that make you speak out. At the same time I feel bad to know that every time others show out you get looked at like there's something wrong with you.

Thanks for always being the white guy in the room because you care to hear it all. And thanks for standing up when all the other white people in the room wait for me to leave so they can be ignorant in peace...litte do they know (hee-hee).

Keep fighting the good fight, we only have to educate a few, the rest we'll outlive.
