Oh...my. She'd expected a lot of things, but a human that...felt like one of her own kind...
She was left standing there, overwhelmed for less than a heartbeat before she collected herself again and smiled warmly, offering him her hand as she stepped through the door and outside. "Leo, I presume. Anne Forsythe, it's wonderful to meet you in person."

As his eyes slipped over her, his gaze was intense enough to feel like a physical touch as he took in the sight of her in the dress he had chosen for her. "Looks good." His voice was gravelly and low, a natural sort of tone for him as he nodded.
"Yes." He assured her that he was Leo and then he reached to take her hand. His own hand was rough from all the years of work and he noticed her own hand was rather smooth as they shook. "It's nice to meet you too."

Making a mental note to find out if he liked hunting, she released his hand reluctantly and discreetly drew a deep breath as she busied herself with locking the front door. God, he smelled good, too, leather and motor oil and warm male skin. Vague bitterness of nicotine, distant sweetness of soap...
Biting the inside of her lower lip to force her smile to be less eager, she turned back to him and managed pleasant and friendly instead of hungry as she stepped up to link her arm through his agreeably.
"Let's be off, then...I'm all yours."
