Seriously, when Iroh said to Zhao, "I don't believe he [the Blue Spirit] exists" or whatever, I laughed to myself, "Don't lie.")

Yes cuz Iroh is so clever and yes! for the Blue Spirit being rekindled. What a great use of the theme.
