There are a handful of people that I know for a fact that do NOT keep up with my journal or know anything that's going on with my life. I know this because I have ljtoys. I know who reads my journal and who doesn't. Like I said, the reason I'm doing it THIS way because I just want to be fair. And I thought it was a default thing that people get a notification that they are removed. But I recently found out that it's not. But even so, with those people that don't watch my journal in the first place(a lot of them I know are not away or anything because I see them RP in places or on AIM and when I try to talk to them and reconnect with them, they don't...really talk to me), this post...probably really won't even matter.
If I went ahead and just removed people the other way - I know I would get nasty IMs about it.
Does ljtoys show if they read your entries on their friends page? I don't understand how the thinger works.
But yeah, fair enough. I don't think I would ever have the nerve to do that kind of thing although I would like to get some of the dead journals off of my friends list.
Yeah. And it also shows if they go to your main journal page, look at your userinfo, read comments in your journal, click under your lj-cut, or someone from THEIR friend's list is looking at your journal. Sometimes it doesn't tell you EVERYONE. There are times they give you a "?" meaning they don't know who is looking at your journal. Probably means an anonymous looked at your journal.
It also tells you how many people view your journal that day.
Yeah, I have A LOT of dead journals when I went through the add and remove thingie.
