ok so it's like cookies
you body makes a bunch of cookies every month
now if someone doesn't come over and "take care" of the cookies for you then they all just go to waste
and instead of letting the cookies pile up every month and start getting all gross and nasty
your body cleans house for you

and things are not bad. living here is kinda like being sent to hell for a time-out and then never wanting to leave :P
