I managed to find the firsst season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer for like $20. I haven't watched the series since high school and I've forgotten how much fun it is. Also How very fucking hot Angel is...... There will never be another character for David Boreanez as far as I'm concerned. Everytime he has a scene I squee. I love vampires.

Boreanaz went out for the role of Malcolm Reynolds. Thankfully, he didn't get it.

Yeah that would have not worked for me. Too young, not enough cavalier.... also Nathan Fillion is FOREVER cemented into that role for me.

It's the face... He LOOKS too young... mind you I am going off the mental image of him as Angel in the first season. Just missing that certain something that Nathan has.... it might be humor or cynisism.
