Well I'm back from North Carolina and it was AMAZING. I couldn't have dreamed up better weather. It was a wonderfully cool 75 degrees (at the hottest) and the waterfalls were amazing. I'm really happy Rob refrained from saying what he wanted to say when we ran into the guy again later in the day.

Wouldn't have been amused. And it was in his best interest NOT to say it considering we were standing on a cliff. See he's a smart boy!

Gainesville does have nice weather in the spring and winter. Honestly. But NO WHERE in Florida is it nice in the summer. It would be a lie.

When we came down the mountain it was bloody hot. Almost a 20 degree difference. If they didn't have state income tax I would move up there in a New York minute.

I have yet to shove ANYONE off a cliff. It's required much repression on my part.

Texas is good for no income tax too....and yes the only way to describe a Florida Summer is oppressive.

Mmm that's o.k. In Natalie's Adventures of the Chico Bar scene, there was an incident last week. It went something like this:

Jen, Tim, and Nat leaving Madison Bear Garden.

Jen: I have to pee
Nat: Me too

Bathroom line out the door

Jen/Nat: Fuck

Jen runs out of the bar... as best you can a pitcher down...
We stumble to truck.

Jen-I CANT WAIT.

Jen wades into the waist high bushes of the public parking lot in downtown chico... Half squats because the bushes are "prickly."

Jen screams across 100 parking spots. I'M PEEING ON MY FEET.

Okay that's awesome!!! But at least you can chaulk that up to drinkin!... I had a devil of a time keeping my feet out of it. It works better when you pee on grass and not sand. At least I had a handy dandy waterfall to was my shoes in. And honestly. Port-o-potties are so gross, peeing on myself is the least of my worries!
