This kid who's on my Rooster Teeth forum did this long drawn out post complete with picture about Michael Vick comparing how it's unfair that a murderess Mary Winkler who murdered he husband because he abused her is released but Michael Vic is landed on hard for I quote "cause some dogs almost died"

If you have any thought that ANY of those dogs will make it through this alive you're sorely mistaken. Pitbulls are naturally a vicious breed (having had two myself) you can not rehab a pit bull.They're not naturally vicuous. They are naturally aggressive to other dogs. When the breed originated if they were aggressive to their handlers they were destroyed immediately. They can be rehabed in certain situations. However, there is too much liability in most cases to do so. If the dog can't pass a rigorous set of temperment tests, it's destroyed. I LOVE pit bulls, and the destruction of the bad ones is for the betterment of the breed, but those that can work past it should be given the chance. Take my Jet for instance. I trust him with my life

Both the pits I had were awesome dogs because they were handled well throughout their lives. They have very long memories. You mistreat a pit and they'll remember and act accordingly.

You can't rehab from dogfighting. Sure you can rehab other abuse like neglect, but that kind of physical abuse will destroy the dog.... any dog for that matter.

Anyone who doesn't think a dog has a soul and who's life isn't a value has never really taken the time to meet a dog. They're better than people in many ways.

I can't stand sports hero worship and even more than that I can not tolerate animal abuse. Having the care of an animal is a serious responsibility. People who abuse that should be severly punished.

When I was little (circa 5) I wanted to be Queen of the Universe and my first decree would be that anyone who unnecessarily hurt an animal I could put to death at my discresion. Yeah I was a dictatorial bitch but whatever.
