That's....hmm. The spine on my TPB calls it Volume 5. *scratches head* Not sure what's going on there with the numbering.
Oh, I think they mean volume five as in, "the fifth graphic novel collected of this series" and I mean volume four as in "the fourth issue numbering Captain America has been given." Which are both completely valid uses of the term, but confusing!
