Neighbors who don't give a f*** and don't speak English to boot!

I am totally aware that I, a white male in his late-60's, am in the minority in the neighborhood I live in. I also am very aware that I am the longest single remaining homeowner here (yeah I know, big whoop-dee-doo). BUT, that gives the Mexican's living across the street from me no right to have parties with loud music, fireworks, screaming
