I HATE this guy on Deviant Art that insists on watching me (which means he gets a note whenever I update) but he never

So yeah... I got bored and decided to draw this. I also figured out a relatively easy way to do CG coloring in Corel photoPaint. It's a character from an anime called 'One Piece,' but I don't recommend watching the anime. I was sitting in my dorm room the other day, and suddenly a car alarm goes off right outside my window. Well, it was actually down the block, but it was very loud.
