About the cats. I've got a few friends on other ships (none of 'em are in Berum right now, but) and they're interested in a couple!

I wonder if we could sell them to other ships as ratters....

My goodness! How awful! I'm sure nothing bad will happen, though, Captain -- it's not like we have any unpleasant people on board! (And I'm sure travelling with escorts will be such fun! The more the merrier!)

I did try talking to the cats -- but they seem oddly unwilling to clean! I don't think they like music very much...
