Something really weird just happend to me. I was minding my own business, doing nothing, and suddenly my hearing go weird. Like I was under water, and i felt my blod pump into them. I got dizzy, and i fell to my knees. My heart sped up so suddenly and so high I thought I was going to be sick

You know, I had a friend who had something like this. It turned out that her carotid arteries were blocked. You might want to get checked out.
