So, the dealio -- my computer is in the shop for 2-4 weeks. Dad has graciously allowed me to use his in the mornings and evenings, when I'm at home, and the parentals are talking about buying me one of those mini-laptops if I don't get my own computer back before we head for the Lower 48 at the end of the summer. You should...no, MUST, go play with the netbooks before you buy one. You need to check keyboard size and find one that works for you.

I have a MacbookPro and an ancient Dell laptop that I use for my at-home computing, but I use this one whenever I want a computer outside of the house ( ... )
